Time for spring cleaning!
While cleaning’s not always fun enough to get an exclamation mark when you’re sweeping a layer of grime off a patio (and it’s 20 degrees out!), it’s pretty exciting. Pretty soon, that patio’s going to be filled with people enjoying the feel of the sun on their faces as they drink Coronas and Coca-Colas.
Can it get any better?
That’s a question we ask ourselves every summer. This year, we’ve got a couple ideas to try our best to outdo the last one.
Our outdoor bar
When we first landscaped and built our patio, we had a grand plan, which included an outdoor bar, which we didn’t have time to finish.
Last year, we finally got around to completing that bar, so it will be full speed ahead as soon as the warm weather holds.
So whether you’re looking for a crisp, cold Corona, a cocktail or a Coca-Cola, you’ll be able to belly up to the bar without ever stepping out of the sun.
And that’s a win in our books.
Endless events
In Canada, we need to do everything we can to make the most of our summers, and that means spending as much of the good weather outside as possible.
Patio drinks and dinners help with that, but we don’t stop there.
This year, we’re giving you even more to do on our patio, so you can spend more time outside.
That includes:
- Our famous Jamboree Days, which will be held in August
- Bringing back late nights of dancing with our Latin Nights
- Outdoor concerts, including local favourites, the Tom Price Band
The best summer yet?
Of course, the weather has the biggest part to play on whether this summer will top the last one. But, whatever the southern Alberta winds throw at us, we’re planning to make the best of it, and hope you’ll join us for the fun.
