Position Overview
As a Bartender, you’re central to creating memorable guest experiences through expert drink crafting and maintaining a welcoming bar environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Locations: Picture Butte, Alberta
Responsibilities:
- Drink Preparation: Create quality cocktails and drinks following standard recipes.
- Payment Handling: Process payments and check IDs for alcohol purchases.
- Cleanliness and Sterilization: Maintain bar hygiene by cleaning glasses and equipment.
- Order Recording: Accurately record drink orders.
- Guest Management: Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
- Bar Maintenance: Stock and display beverages and supplies attractively.
- Customer Service: Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Cleanliness and Garnishing: Keep the bar area tidy and prepare garnishes.
- Inventory Management: Assist in restocking inventory.
- Communication and Collaboration: Report issues and collaborate with the team.
- Flexibility and Teamwork: Fill in for colleagues as needed.
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour plus tips
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day, evening, weekends (closed Sundays)
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year minimum serving, 1 year preferred bartending,
- ProServe & ProTect certifications,
- Authorized to work in Canada.
