Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining area and ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Your leadership and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and have an exceptional dining experience.
- Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers and support staff to maintain efficient operations.
- Table Assignments: Assign and manage table seating to optimize guest flow and server workload.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are accurately taken and delivered to guests.
- Service Standards: Monitor staff to ensure they follow service standards, including presentation, timing, and professionalism.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor staff, fostering their growth in service and hospitality.
- Scheduling: Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory, including tableware and supplies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed in the dining area.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff and management.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, including cash handling.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented restaurant environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
- Authorized to work in Canada
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day, evening, weekends
