Position Overview
As a Server at Cattlemen’s Chophouse, your role is vital in providing exceptional dining experiences to guests. You’ll create a positive, memorable experience by delivering outstanding service and assistance efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Locations: Picture Butte, Alberta
Responsibilities:
- Setup and Presentation: Prepare and set up tables with linens, silverware, and glassware. Present menus and explain items.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, explain menu items, and communicate with the kitchen via an iPad system.
- Beverage Service: Verify IDs for alcohol service, serve wine, and garnish cocktails.
- Food Preparation and Service: Assist with food preparation, garnish dishes, and serve with precision.
- Guest Satisfaction: Monitor and address guest needs promptly. Handle payments and express gratitude.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean dining environment, restock supplies, and assist with general cleaning.
- Support and Coordination: Assist with reservations, greeting, and coordination. Collaborate with team members.
- Additional Responsibilities: Attend employee meetings, fill in for colleagues, and contribute to improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-year minimum (3 years preferred) serving
- ProServe & ProTect certifications
- Authorized to work in Canada
Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour plus tips
Schedule: 6-8-hour shifts, day and evening shifts, weekend availability
